In order to support macOS Human Interface Guidelines, list Ring Main
Window or Wizard Window in Window menu, so user could re-open it after
windows was closed.

2 problems were preventing the unread msg counter to work properly:
- Messages were not marked as read when displayed.
- Signals announcing status update were not listened to.

Moreover, the one present on dock icon was still listening to old LRC
mechanisms and is thus removed (until further improvements).

Finally, as the interactionStatusUpdated signal is triggered multiple
times when many messages are unread, some logic is added to debounce
it so only one refresh is triggered for a group of update.

This commit add a few changes to prevent bugs when account is changed
during call or conversation or when:

- Receiving an incoming call change selected account to be the same
as call destination account
- Making a call disable account selection
- Changing the selected account close current conversation

This commit adds the ability to dial dtmf tones during a call.
It is necessary for interacting with automated services.
RTP dtmf are not working in the daemon, so during SIP account creation
we switch to SIP dtmf.

Xcode does not warn when using unavailable APIs on older SDKs.
After recompiling against the 10.8 SDK, errors appeared across the
client.
