Typing (type to login or associate device) shuts down the app

Environment:
- Ring version: F-Droid's - 20190824-01
- Device model: Meizu M5s - model M612H
- Android version: 6.0
- What build you are using: F-Droid
Steps to reproduce
- Can you reproduce the bug: at will
- Steps:
- Open the app 2. Click on "Create an account on Jami"
- Actual result: App shuts down
- Expected result: Some kind of form in order to type the needed data to register.
Additional information
I've tried also the 2nd option: "Connect from a network". I see the form, but when I tap any field on that form, the app shuts down. If a little show video is needed I can provide one to better illustrate the bug.
